2. Donations

Donations made through this site are processed by a third-party payment processor, Squarespace Payments. When you donate, you are subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy, and we do not store your full payment card information on this site. By donating, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the information you submit is accurate.

Unless we state otherwise at the time of your gift, donations are voluntary and non-refundable, and you receive no goods or services in exchange. B-COS We Care For Our Community is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN #23-7029329). Please consult a tax advisor about whether and how much of your gift is deductible. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at the address below and we will review your request.

3. Contact Form and Communications

Information you submit through our contact form is used to respond to you and to operate our organization, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include sensitive information, such as financial account numbers or Social Security numbers, in the form. Submitting the form does not create any professional or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
