B-COS We Care is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization that is comprised of multi-talented volunteers working together to fulfill its mission. We are an organization whose members volunteered over 25,087 hours in 2024. Our volunteers are dedicated to improving the lives of El Paso County residents through hands-on programs.

Our current philanthropic programs include:

• Sweet Dreams: Provides beds and bedding to emancipated and homeless youth leaving foster care, partnering with The Place and The Launchpad.

• Can You Hear Me?: provides audiology screenings for pre-school children, enabling those with hearing issues to begin to receive services through school districts before entering kindergarten. This is provided through partnerships with many local pre-schools.

• Clothes for Courage: provides new clothing and hygiene kits to assault victims through a partnership with the local forensic hospital.

• Angel Babies: provides hand-made gowns and memory boxes for families grieving the loss of an unborn child through partnerships with local hospital chaplains.

• Buddy Bears: provides teddy bears to children in traumatic situations through partnerships with first responders and other agencies.

• Homeless Veterans Stand Down: provides solar mobile phone chargers to veterans who are homeless.

• Children’s Literacy: provides books to classrooms and students, including reading to them in class.
