B-COS We Care is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization that is comprised of multi-talented volunteers working together to fulfill its mission. We are an organization whose members volunteered over 25,087 hours in 2024. Our volunteers are dedicated to improving the lives of El Paso County residents through hands-on programs.
Membership is open to those who wish to be of service to our community and have the time, creativity and passion to volunteer. The joy of giving is expressed through extraordinary programs chosen to meet the specific needs of our community.

Membership Levels and Requirements
VOTING
Recommend a minimum 60 hours of volunteer service per year (June 1 through May 31). This can be achieved by:
Service at the Bargain Box floor and/or other work.
Service on a philanthropic program as a program participant.
Service on a governance committee (fundraising, leadership, or any other type of committee).
Report volunteer hours each quarter.
NONVOTING
Must have served at least ten years as a voting member.
Membership applications are accepted at any time.
Prospective new members will be contacted to schedule an educational tour and training. Each new member is assigned a mentor.
